Merch Marketplace

All items in our fan-facing marketplace are made to order. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective (ie. sewn incorrectly, incorrect color, incorrect design, or severely flawed print). If you receive a defective item, do not use the item. Please take a photo of the new, unused item and send it to racerondemand@gmail.com with a description of the issue within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the defective item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for defective items; we only offer replacements.

Racer Resources

For purchases made by racers with our business partners for resources, products, and services, any returns or refunds will need to be addressed directly with the individual business partners. Their return and refund policies will vary.

Limitation of Liability

Racer on Demand is not responsible for any issues related to the return or refund of products purchased from our business partners. All inquiries and disputes must be directed to the respective business partner.
