Sell with Racer on Demand
Merch Marketplace
The #1 reason fans buy merch from racers is to financially support them, yet many racers are lucky if they break even when selling their merch. We're here to change that disconnect. Racers earn 20% of every sale they make on the Racer on Demand Merch Marketplace, paid monthly.
Gone are the days of spending thousands of dollars on inventory that may take years to sell. Instead, upload your design to our merch marketplace and let us produce and ship it, on demand. You do the marketing, we'll do the rest.
Sell with ROD
Our intention is to put money back in the hands of racers. That means no monthly fees and little to no set-up charges.
Don't have a merch design? That's no problem. We'll get you set up with a designer to create merch that fits your brand and your style.
Grow your Program
The Merch Marketplace is just the beginning of the resources available to racers. By signing up as a seller with Racer on Demand, you'll get access to free and discounted tools and resources to help you grow your following and your business partnerships, ultimately giving you the opportunities to bring more money into your race program.
From weekly blogs to free accessories and discounted webinars, there's something for racers in every class, across motorsports.
You'll Need These to Sell:
High Resolution Photos
I need a headshot of you. I need a high-quality (read "not blurry") photo where you're making eye contact with the camera. Please make sure no one else is in the photo with you and you're not blocked - no kids in your arms, no arms around a friend, etc. Added bonus if you're in your race suit or wearing your merch, but it's not required.
I'll also need a picture of your race vehicle. Same rules apply - high quality photo, no people standing in front of the vehicle, and make it count!
Short Biography
I need a short bio about you - no more than 3-4 sentences. This is your opportunity to define your brand. What do you stand for? Why would someone connect with you? What makes you relatable? Who is your audience? What do you value most? Check out our blog post on writing a great bio for inspiration!
ACH Authorization Form
You'll need to save a copy of this ACH Authorization form to your computer and either fill it out electronically or print it and scan it.
This document gives us the information and authorization we need to pay you for the merch you sell on the marketplace. It is extra important that this be double-checked for accuracy. It would be really sad if we sent your payout to the wrong account because of incorrect information entered here, but it would ultimately be outside of our control so PLEASE be sure to enter the information exactly as it appears in your banking info.
W-9 Tax Form
You'll need to save a copy of the W-9 Tax Form to your computer and either fill it out electronically or print it and scan it.
I can't give you much guidance on how to fill this out because I'm not a tax professional, but you can visit the IRS website or reach out to a tax pro if you have questions.
Merchandising License Agreement
Your brand, your name, and your designs are your property, not ours. You'll need to save a copy of this Merchandising License Agreement to your computer and either fill it out electronically or print it and scan it.
This form gives us the right to use your logos to create and sell merch. Likewise, it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission to use sponsors logos on your designs prior to submitting them to us.
